Computer running slow, sluggish, just feels off? 20+ years of experience allows us to find the problem, fast. These issues come down to two categories, hardware issues, and software issues.

Hardware issues can often be solved in-house, on site, as we carry a wide array of hardware components with us. We charge cost for parts, then $60/hour to complete the work. After installing new hardware, we run your computer through the paces, to verify it was installed correctly and functioning to specs. There may be instances where we would need to take the unit back to the office. In these situations, we can provide a loaner computer, no extra cost, so you can continue to function as a business. We complete the work as quickly as possible, to get your unit back into service as quickly as possible.
Software issues can also often be solved in-house, on site, but can also be addressed REMOTELY. Remote solutions are a great way to save on cost and time. Software issues can be a bit trickier than hardware issues, and sometimes more time consuming. In some cases, if a remote solution is not possible, it becomes more cost effective for us to take the unit back to our office, and perform the work there. We can always provide a loaner computer, no extra cost, so you can continue to function as a business. Software issues can be a wide array of issues, from your operating system (usually Windows) just being funky, to a virus, to a driver issue, and sometimes it's all 3 working together in a symphony of chaos. We have experience with Mac iOS, Linux, and Windows (going all the way back to Windows DOS, though it's been a while), so whatever you have, we can troubleshoot it.

Bottom line, whatever ails your computer, we are the medic to find the cure.

UPGRADES

Time for an upgrade? We have you covered. Often times a needed upgrade can actually improve the performance of your system.

Upgrading from an older hard drive, which actually has spinning discs inside, to a solid state drive, then to an even newer M.2 / NVMe drive, will noticeably increase the speed of your system. Windows boots up faster, programs open more quickly, and every response simply happens faster.

Same with memory, upgrading either the amount of memory, or even the type of memory (system specific), will noticeably increase the speed of your computer.

Video cards are another item that can increase the speed and responsiveness of your computer. If you have a video card that is not up to snuff, your processor has to take up the extra slack. Upgrading your video card can take literally take the load off the processor, freeing it up to think about more useful thoughts.

So it's time to buy a new computer. Always love a new computer, doesn't come with the new car smell, but has that same feel.

First off, we will be happy to buy your old computer (in most cases anyway), then set you up with it's replacement.

Sometimes, that new replacement is a used computer itself, as this tech has a great recyclability to it. This is a great way to save money, and upgrade at the same time. 100% we will make sure your old data is destroyed, and not find itself in the wrong hands.

In most cases, your new computer is a shiny new unit. In some instances, a pre-made, off the shelf variety is adequate. In most cases, a custom built system is the way to go. A custom built system is ideal for finding the sweet spot, that price point that maximizes performance, while minimizing price. We have been doing this for 20+ years, the sweet spot is the place to be. All too often, pre-made systems rely on outdated tech at a premium price. A custom built system will utilize the most up to date tech, at that price point you can afford.

We can also help you get laptops, and tablets. Both have their place in a business situation. There are many levels of performance with these, and we can find that sweet spot for this tech as well.

Part of getting a new computer is moving all your data to the new computer. No worries, this is part of the process, and we are experts at making sure all your data, ALL your data is moved onto the new system. Just a heads up, we will probably be kinda annoying at getting you to start backing up your data, like a lot.
